The final authority on any checksheet is the department in which it originated. Any questions you might have on the use or interpretation of the programs listed here should be directed to the originating department.
If you have comments about the guide itself, email Sue Czerny.
About Effective Dates:
Effective dates are listed after the title of each checksheet.
"F" stands for Fall and is followed by the year
For example, F2011 means the check sheet applies to all students entering that major or minor beginning Fall 2011.
"S" stands for Spring and is followed by the year
So S2010 means the check sheet applies to all students who entered that major or minor in the Spring 2010 semester or later.
Students: If you have any questions which check sheet applies to you, ask your Advisor!
Effective June 24, 2014
"The University is in the process of creating a central repository for check sheets. Please contact individual major department offices for updated major and minor check sheets."
This guide contains Checksheets for current undergraduate students.
Two boxes on each page list Undergraduate programs.
- The first lists check sheets for majors and minors under the "New" General Education model, which went into effect Fall 2011.
- The second box lists check sheets for students who are still using the "Old" General Education checksheets which were in effect before Fall 2011.
